At Open Circle, we believe that lasting change comes through direct experience.

Our role is not to tell you what to believe or who you should become. It is to create the conditions where you can listen to your body, become more aware of yourself, and discover what is true for you.

We teach practices, not beliefs.

We Trust the Body

We trust the body's natural capacity to adapt, organise, and respond.

Rather than forcing progress or chasing a perfect pose, we work with your unique body. Alignment is not about fitting an ideal shape. It's about helping you move with greater ease, stability, and awareness.


No Judgment

You are not defined by your fitness, flexibility, age, lifestyle, eating habits, background, or personal beliefs.

There is no "good energy" or "bad energy" here.

Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

No Pushing

There is no pressure to achieve more or move faster.

We don't force the body or rush the process. We work with what is present, allowing change to happen naturally over time.


No Performance 

There is nothing to prove.

The focus is not on how you look, but on what you notice, feel, and experience.

Your practice is for you—not for anyone watching.

People come to Open Circle from many different backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems.

We respect that each person has their own relationship with health, food, spirituality, and life. We don't ask anyone to adopt a particular philosophy. We simply invite curiosity, awareness, and direct experience.
