Sundar, our founder, was caught in a loop many people know—chasing success and comfort, but feeling more disconnected each time. Regret followed every decision. His body was tired, his mind overworked, and life had lost its meaning. Something had to change. He didn’t have a roadmap, only a quiet pull to slow down. That pull led to meditation—and then to deeper practices that helped him face buried emotions, question old patterns, and reconnect with parts of himself he’d long ignored.
A yoga teacher training in the Himalayas wasn’t the goal—it was part of the unraveling. He didn’t go to become a teacher. He went to remember who he was.
Leaving his 10-year IT career was an act of trust. And out of that trust, Open Circle Yoga was born—not to teach people how to stretch, but to offer what he needed himself: A space to breathe. To feel. To come home.
