In this session, you’ll learn to prepare the body through shoulder and chest-opening drills, upper body strengthening practices, and alignment techniques to support inversions such as Headstand and Forearm Stand. Using props like walls and blocks, you’ll explore both preparatory and supported variations to deepen your understanding and overcome fear.
This workshop is perfect for beginners stepping into inversions for the first time, as well as intermediate students wishing to refine technique and body awareness.
