Through this healing journey, we’ll explore the energetic connections—or “cords”—that link us to others. These unseen energetic bonds often hold emotions, memories, or patterns that may no longer serve us.
As women, our circles are sacred spaces of safety and support — where we are seen, heard, and held. Through shared presence and guided practice, we release what no longer serves and open ourselves to harmony within and around us.
