Course Structure:
2 sessions per week over two months (14 sessions total) Every Monday and Wednesday
Each class includes movement, breathwork, group reflection, and Q&A
You’ll also receive a simple self-care template to build your personal routine
Meet Your Teacher:
This course is led by Sundar, founder of Open Circle Yoga. He taught a version of this program at NYU and has guided wellness sessions for diverse communities across the UAE. Sundar’s teaching is down-to-earth, inclusive, and rooted in real-life experience—helping people connect with their bodies, emotions, and inner balance.
