- What to bring: Bring your own mat. Other props (blocks, straps, blankets) are available to borrow, or bring your own.
- Please Pre-register for class.
- Walk-in clients will be accommodated as space allows.
- Valet parking available, get a stamp from the health club reception before you leave.
- Double Parking is at your risk, you might attract traffic fines
- No show will be treated as a an attended class, pls cancel 2 hours in advance.
- Classes are subject to change, pls book in advance so we can notify the changes.
