Posture Lab – A Course to Ease Pain and Reconnect with Your Body

This course is designed to help you gently return to your natural alignment—through awareness, movement, and breath.

Course Structure:
Every Monday and Wednesday at 5:45 pm
2 sessions per week over two months (14 sessions total)
Each session includes movement, breathwork, body-based inquiry, and reflection

Sundar, founder of Open Circle Yoga, brings decades of embodied practice, having taught at NYU and led wellness programs across the UAE. His approach is clear, grounded, and deeply human—offering tools to reconnect with your body, release habitual tension, and build a practice rooted in presence and ease.
